Having just seen Jo’s Bench challenge and realising i have a lot of benches amongst my images, I thought I’d make an easy comeback to WP and dip my foot into the water again as it were, by posting “a bench” and re-joining the community. So, a stone bench with shadow!
I’m not even sure I know how to do this properly any more!

Hope to start posting again soon but as I’m not managing to travel nowadays – but forever hopeful of the future – I find it difficult to keep the blog up. I doubt I could make my fight with slugs and snails interesting, or my outings for lunch or shopping entertaining enough for a post! Keep well.
Hi Mari. It is my bench challenge – well not so much as a challenge but a nod to the one I ran back in 2015. But I am very happy to see what other benches folk have found interesting enough to photo. And your link worked fine. Hope to see more benches from you. I’m not sure a stone bench would be the most comfortable to sit for a while, maybe it needs a cushion or two!
