    As a child I often thought it was unfair that things like trees and tortoises lived so long while humans had much shorter lifespans in comparison. Then I got to know a few humans and I understood. 🙂

    Thanks for asking, Jo. Lower back excruciatingly painful today. Had great difficulty getting out of bed and I’m just sitting around while all around the sun is shining and it is a lovely day for a beachside stroll.
